OCELOT ECLIPSE GIG PROMO POSTER AT THE LEADBEATER HOTEL WITH 29 BONES NUREMBURG CODE AND LUNAR DEITY FIVE STAR MUSIC

Ocelot Eclipse gig at the Leadbeater Hotel on Saturday!

Heavy music takes over

Ocelot Eclipse are throwing themselves a little party over at the Leadbeater Hotel this Saturday night. The reason for the celebration? It’s their relaunch gig!

Formerly known as Ocelot, this Melbourne based band has returned with a new name and line up to mark a new era of their progressive awesomeness.

Here’s what the band has to say about the gig:

We’re back!

Don’t miss our return to the stage as we will be debuting new music with new members and re-launching the band under our new name Ocelot Eclipse.

Joining us will be newcomers Lunar Deity, who are set to shred the stage as openers and get you all out of your chairs to chuck a keen mosh. Our old friends The Nuremberg Code are along for the ride too, bringing us their unique brand of metal and electronic chaos. Closing the night we have 29 BONES who will bring the night home with groove laden rhythms and crushing, head banging riffs. These guys are an event not to be missed!

It’s sure to be one riffy, proggy, metalish, stoner, thrasher night full of good friends, good drinks and good times. Thats what summer is about yeah?

About the band

Here at Five Star Music we have Ocelot Eclipse in our regular rotation on the store Spotify. If we’re being honest, we just can’t get enough of these guys. They manage to blend a mix of metal, prog, jazz and stoner rock into one heck of a cocktail that defines their sound.

Their anthemic riffs accompanied with their unrefutable talent as musicians and songwriters means that their music is a true showcase of what the Melbourne prog scene can produce. This is not a gig to miss!

The details

Ocelot Eclipse is playing at the Leadbeater Hotel THIS SATURDAY on the 15th of February. They’re playing alongside Lunar Deity and The Nuremberg Code in support of 29 Bones. Stay up to date for the gig here.
