We only deliver to Australia & New Zealand unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to ship within 3 working days. Larger items are delivered via courier and cannot be left until someone signs for the parcel. Couriers cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses.

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. All items listed are believed to be in stock. Occasionally an error may occur, or multiple transactions occurring simultaneously may mean stock levels are momentarily inaccurate. We do not refund for “change of mind.” We will credit your purchase amount which you may use to purchase any other products on the site. The goods must be returned in new condition and with all packaging within 14 days and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.
All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. All warranty items must be returned to us at the buyers expense for warranty work. All items purchased from Five Star Music are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. FIVE STAR MUSIC WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING
