The Deputy’s single channel effortlessly spans from 60’s British Clean to 70’s Classic Rock with a single gain control. This amp is straightforward and perfect for seamlessly transitioning your guitar’s volume from clean to crunch to lead gain. With 25 Watts of power, you’ll enjoy ample clean headroom.
The Deputy features a three-position Voice switch designed to provide maximum versatility by adding a bit of extra gain.
The bright control is a simple switch to add some top end, allowing you to shape the sound of whatever you use before the amp exactly the way you want it.
A series effects loop is available for effects fans. It’s completely out of the circuit when bypassed.
Plenty of tone-sculpting potential, plus a presence control that works in the power section to set the overall bite just how you like it.
No need to fiddle about inside when you change output valves. The Deputy will be fitted with EL86s as standard but can be biased to use EL84’s too.
The Deputy features a foot switchable on board reverb, it sits somewhere between a plate and hall-type sound. It’s ‘smoother’ and more ‘modern’ sounding than a traditional spring reverb.
The Deluxe wooden sleeve has all the features and sounds from the Victory’s famous lunch box amps but we have added a wooden sleeve with leather corners, a leather handle and a deluxe Victory logo, adding an extra layer of British hand made quality to the family.

Victory speaker cabinets are hand built in England using redwood pine for top and sides and quality Baltic birch ply for backs and baffles. Our speaker baffles are angled back by 2-3 degrees to help with projection towards you when you’re playing. They’re finished in black bronco vinyl (cream for the V112C and V212VC) with vintage black woven grille cloth to match aesthetically – and of course tonally – with our heads.

A highly portable rig when paired with Deputy. Can also work with V40 Duchess and Sheriff 22 if you want less aggression and a more ‘vintage’ feel. Will also work with the The Sheriff 44 and V40 Deluxe.
The G12M-65 Creamback is less sensitive/efficient (97dB) than the Vintage 30 and also the H-75 Creamback, using a medium-magnet (35 ounce) 12-inch driver. Celestion regard it as a ‘more powerful Greenback’ and that is the perfect description. Expect that classic, ‘woody’ tone and feel to add colour to your medium gain sounds, with a little speaker breakup to boot. Using two together in this cab increases the bottom end strength and power handling, with plenty of ‘3D’, room-filling projection from front and back. There is so much character in this cabinet for classic low/medium gain tones at any volume.
