Shipping policy
All orders will attract a fee relative to the size and weight of the item, and the shipping destination. This fee will be applied automatically at checkout. All postage fees include tracking and insurance.
We reserve the right to select the postal service/courier that best suits our needs.
In some cases, when shipping larger items to remote locations, we may request that you cover any additional freight costs.
Delivery Timeframe
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 business days. However we will not accept liability for injury occuring from delays in processing and dispatch. All delivery times are subject to the limitations of the postal service we select at our own discretion. We will not accept liability for injury caused by delays in shipping times. We will endeavour to provide shipment details where applicable once the order has been shipped, however not every order will be eligible for shipment details beyond the carrier service.
International Shipping
Five Star Music ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders under any circumstances.
