- We accept returns for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all packaging in original condition
- We accept returns in exchange for store credit or an alternative product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for change of mind
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that pose a risk to staff for health reasons (eg earphones, microphones, harmonicas)
- We reserve the right to refuse returns at our own discretion except where required by law
- Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. We also require a proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Consumable items (eg strings, batteries, drum skins and drum sticks) are not eligible for return unless they remain in an unused and unopened condition
- We do not accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit, so ensure that your return is securely packed and sent with a tracking number where applicable.

- We accept no liability for the refusal of service by our Australian distributors

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact us either via email (websales@fivestarmusic.com.au) or phone (03 9870 4143)
2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. Allow 1-2 business days for us to generate a pre-paid shipping label
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
