Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Five Star Music. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please carefully read our returns policy as set out below:
- We accept returns for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all packaging in original condition - We accept returns in exchange for store credit or an alternative product within 30 days from the date of purchase. - We reserve the right to refuse returns for change of mind - We reserve the right to refuse returns that pose a risk to staff for health reasons (eg earphones, microphones, harmonicas) - We reserve the right to refuse returns at our own discretion except where required by law - Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. We also require a proof of purchase. - Shipping costs are non-refundable - Consumable items (eg strings, batteries, drum skins and drum sticks) are not eligible for return unless they remain in an unused and unopened condition - We do not accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit, so ensure that your return is securely packed and sent with a tracking number where applicable.

For all issues concerning warranty, please email websales@fivestarmusic.com.au with evidence of the issue (either photo, or video) and proof of purchase. Please carefully read our warranty policy as set out below:
- All warranties are done at the discretion of our Australian distributors - We accept no liability for the refusal of service by our Australian distributors - For more information regarding specific warranty terms and conditions please see the relevant terms as set out by the specific brand and their distributor.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
Allow 1-2 business days for us to generate a pre-paid shipping label
Send all items back to us using the label provided

Return postage costs must be worn by the customer for change of mind returns
