We want you to be happy with your purchase from Five Star Music.  If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Please carefully read our returns policy as set out below:

- We accept returns for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all packaging in original condition. All change-of-mind returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the final refund/exchange value
- We accept returns in exchange for store credit or an alternative product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for change of mind
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that pose a risk to staff for health reasons (eg earphones, microphones, harmonicas)
- We reserve the right to refuse returns at our own discretion except where required by law
- Items must be returned in their original, resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached. We also require a proof of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense
- Consumable items (eg strings, batteries, drum skins and drum sticks) are not eligible for return unless they remain in an unused and unopened condition
- We do not accept liability for items damaged or lost in transit, so ensure that your return is securely packed and sent with a tracking number where applicable.

- All warranties are done at the discretion of our Australian distributors
- We accept no liability for the refusal of service by our Australian distributors
- For more information regarding specific warranty terms and conditions please see the relevant terms as set out by the specific brand and their distributor.
